The Pediatric Introductory Preformed Matrix Band Kit includes 10 each of 15 different sizes of the preformed matrix bands. The 3/16″ width is perfect for pediatric matrix applications. Each stainless steel band is pre-welded from .0015″ (.0381mm) stainless steel to form a loop that fits snugly around Pediatric to small Adolescent molars. Just place and wedge. Everything is packaged in interlockable kit boxes with drawers and inserts for easy access and re-ordering. Because of Denovo’s high commitment to quality, all Matrix Bands:

Denovo’s Preformed Matrix System:

The Denovo Dental Preformed Matrix Band System is the easiest and most efficient system on the market today. The pre-welded matrix bands come in 15 different loop sizes in both Pediatric and Adult sizing to fit over molars. The loop design conforms to the tooth anatomy for perfect restoration procedures.

The system requires no clamps, rings or retainers; similarly users of T-bands will find that the Denovo system is faster to use and just as effective. The stainless steel bands are strong yet incredibly thin (0.0015”/0.04mm) which also makes placement much easier than thicker bands. Bands do not require any welding or contouring.

    Question: Is it possible to get one or two of the most commonly used bands as a sample to try?

    Answer: We do have certain sample offers, give us an email or call for details

    Question: Can these be purchased through our vendor? Are these only sold through Denovo? If not, what suppliers carry these? (re:pedo size preformed mattrix bands)

    Answer: As a general rule, we only sell direct. However, there are a limited number of distributors who offer our products, most notably Schein.

    Question: We have two of the Denovo preformed matrix band kits. Would like to know if we can just order bands by size instead of the whole box - some sizes are more popular for our use.

    Answer: You can order the matrix bands by size in boxes of 20. Make sure to match the width of the band (pedo or adult) to the kit that you have.

    I am a pediatric dentist. I highly recommend getting introductory kit if you are opening the office. The band makes everything very easy. You can do multiple interproximal fillings at one time.

    These are my go to matrix bands in my pedo office! They are quick and easy to place on children and give great contacts on primary molars. I wouldn’t want to do interproximal fillings on primary teeth without these in my office.
