Return and Refund Policy
Unused product in original packaging may be returned without authorization within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Products removed from original packaging, or that are older than 30 days, must receive prior approval from Denovo before returning and may be subject to a restocking fee (not to exceed 20% of the product’s value).
Warranty
Denovo Appliances are warranted against manufacturing defects. Failure to follow proper clinical technique instructions relating to application may result in failure of or damage to appliances.
Shipping Policy
Orders are routinely shipped on the next business day after the order is received. Customers may choose which type of shipping method to use. We recommend that all shipments be sent UPS. Customers requesting Post Office service are responsible for the product cost if the product is lost. All shipping errors must be reported within 7 days of receipt of order.
Free ground shipping is available on certain orders exceeding a specified amount. Promotional free shipping is available to the continental United States Only. Free shipping offer is subject to change or cancellation on any order at Denovo’s discretion. Order Amount for promotional shipping doesn’t include, and offer doesn’t apply to, gift certificates, bulk orders, applicable shipping charges, international fees, or sales tax.
We DO NOT ship to P.O. boxes.
We DO NOT ship or sell to the following countries: Indonesia, Belarus, Ukraine, Pakistan, Yugoslavia, Romania, India or Italy. This is not a complete list and is subject to change.
We DO NOT ship to, but have a distributor for, the following countries: Australia, Canada
Non US Orders
The prices displayed on this website are for United States customers only, and can not be guaranteed for other countries. The customer is responsible for any import fees, tariffs or fines imposed by the destination shipping country.
Canadian Customers: Due to Canadian customs import fees and tariffs periodically levied to ordering customers, we highly recommend ordering from our Canadian Distributor, Argen Canada. Information and contact info can be found on our distributors page here
Australian Customers: TGA requirements require us to only sell through sponsored entity within Australia. Our registered Australian sponsor and distributor is the Paediatric Dental Company. Information and contact info can be found on our distributors page here
European Customers: Due to country dependent import fees, issues and high shipping costs, we highly recommend ordering directly from our European distributor, Kinderdent. Information and contact info can be found on our distributors page here

Payment Method
Payment may be made using debit or credit cards—including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. Additional payment options are available through the use of PayPal. Upon verification of payment, orders will be processed and shipped. An itemized order summary will be included with each shipment.
If your account has placed at least one order and is in good standing, you may request to have a 30 day invoice payment method added for online orders with your account. Please email info@denovodental.com.

Privacy Policy
Denovo is committed to protecting your privacy at all times, both on and off the internet. All personal information provided to us online will be encrypted and stored in a secure database. Our website and customer database systems will only store the last four digits, expiration date, and in some cases the ccv code of credit cards. Customer information from your account will be used only for the purpose of processing your orders. While Denovo cannot guarantee complete security of stored information, we have made every effort to do so by using encrypted storage and installing SSL certification on our site to minimize the possibility of stolen information.
All personal information is kept private via ID and password protection and will never be shared with any other companies for the purpose of soliciting or advertising. All employees are trained and required to abide by Denovo’s corporate privacy policies.
Right to consent: Denovo only stores personal information of users that have consented by placing an order, creating an account, opting into a newsletter or filling out a form on our website. Denovo only sends newsletters and marketing emails to users who have consented via the online newsletter form or opted in via an email confirmation. Users can opt-out from promotional emails at any time from the unsubscribe link at the bottom of these emails, or by emailing a request to info@denovodental.com.
