The original Unitek™ designed Denovo Chairside Space Maintainer System Crowns. Crowns, in contrast to bands, give a better coverage over decaying or otherwise compromised gap adjacent teeth. The 1st Primary Space Maintainer Crown Kit With Plier comes with 1 of each size 1st Primary Crowns (total of 28 crowns), 28 Plain Wires, a Tube Crimping Plier and Demonstration Model. Crowns and wires are packaged in two interlockable kit boxes with drawers and inserts for easy access and re-ordering. Because of Denovo’s high commitment to quality, all Bands and Wires Are:

Denovo’s Chairside Space Maintainer System:

Based on the original Unitek™ design, fabricate a pediatric space maintainer appliance all while chairside. With a little practice the procedure only takes 15 to 20 minutes and also only requires one patient visit. Just fit a crown size(choose from 39 full and half band sizes and/or 28 Crown sizes) to the gap adjacent tooth, similarly size to the gap space by adjusting the wire length, crimp and cement. The kit does not include Cement but any glass ionomer will work.
