Customers may choose which type of shipping method to use. We recommend that all shipments be sent UPS. Customers requesting Post Office service are responsible for the product cost if the product is lost. We recommend that all California, Nevada, Arizona customers ship via UPS Ground (which should take 2 days). All shipping errors must be reported within 7 days of receipt of order. NOTE: We do not ship to the following countries: Indonesia, Belarus, Ukraine, Pakistan, Yugoslavia, and Romania. This is not a complete list and is subject to change.
Unused product in original packaging may be returned without authorization within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Products removed from original packaging, or that are older than 30 days, must receive prior approval from DENOVO before returning and may be subject to a restocking fee (not to exceed 20% of the product’s value)..
